Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on leadershippressuretest.com (the "Site"), operated by ASAN Digital LLC (13 Station Ave, Schwenksville, PA 19473) in collaboration with Coach Landing.

The $19 Deep Read (digital report)

The Deep Read is a digital product delivered to you instantly. Because you receive full access the moment your purchase completes, the Deep Read is non-refundable once it has been accessed.

At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access to your report and understand that it is non-refundable once accessed.

Our goodwill promise

We want you to feel the purchase was worth it. If something went wrong — your report didn't deliver, you were charged twice, the content didn't render, or it clearly wasn't what was described — email us within 14 days at hello@leadershippressuretest.com and we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.

We read every message and respond quickly. A $19 report isn't worth a bad experience on either side.

How to request a refund

Email hello@leadershippressuretest.com from the address you used to purchase (or include your order/receipt details). Tell us what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve valid requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being revoked while the dispute is investigated.

Higher tiers (coaching sessions)

Paid sessions with a coach (for example, a future async review or live call) are covered by a separate cancellation policy provided to you at the time of booking, not by this digital-goods policy.
