How the assessment works
The Leadership Pressure Pattern Assessment is a structured self-reflection instrument. It maps your responses across five behavioral patterns that tend to activate when leadership pressure rises, and surfaces the one or two you lean on most.
What it measures
Each question maps to one of five patterns — Action Escalation, Control Tightening, Harmony Protection, Strategic Withdrawal, and Avoidance Loop. Your answers are scored relative to how strongly each pattern shows up, producing a primary and secondary pattern plus a "pattern clarity" reading of how distinct your default is.
The idea behind it
Under pressure, most of us do more — and lose balance. The skill of leadership under pressure is to recognize the moment, do less, stay balanced, and redirect. Naming your default pattern is the first step to interrupting it.
What this is — and isn't
This is a self-reflection tool for leadership development. It is not a psychological, medical, or clinical assessment, it does not diagnose anything, and it should never be the basis for hiring, promotion, or other high-stakes decisions. It reflects how you answered today; patterns change with context and with practice.
