LPPA
For coaches, therapists and HR

Give your client a place to practise the conversation before they have it.

You set up the situation your client is facing. They open a link and land straight in a rehearsal of it: the other person played realistically, a coach who pauses the scene when it turns, and a debrief after. You see whether it was used. You never see what was said.

01

Set up the situation

A few sentences, in your client's terms: who the other person is, what is unresolved, what makes it hard, what a good outcome would be. Add how the other person tends to react if you know.

02

Send the link

No sign-up, no assessment, nothing to install. Before it starts, your client checks the picture you described and can correct it in their own words. They speak or type.

03

See whether it helped

Per client: opened, rehearsed, finished, and whether they navigated the pressure or not yet. Their words are kept only if they choose, and never shown to you.

What it needs, and its limits

Access
By request, while we test with a small group of practitioners. You get a private page where you set up and manage your clients' rooms.
Your clients
Need only the link. They can open it as many times as they like, on any device. Voice works best on a computer; typing works everywhere.
Limits
No limit on rooms or rehearsals while we test.
What it is not
A practice space, not therapy and not a real person. It supports your work with a client; it does not replace it.
